Jad Bsaibes is a senior lawyer with 17 years of experience in construction & engineering projects; commercial agencies, competition, distribution, transportation, intellectual property, industrial transactions, Joint ventures.

Jad has a thorough exposure in dealing with the United Nations entities, especially relating to refugees issues.

Jad holds a bachelor’s degree in French and Lebanese Law from the Holly Spirit University of Kaslik, Lebanon and University of Poitiers, France. He also holds a masters in civil law from the Lebanese University faculty of law and political sciences – Filière Francophone. He is admitted at the Beirut Bar Association since 2009.
